The therapeutic massage is beneficial to many health problems: spine pain, headaches related to sinus and migraine unbalanced respiratory system and digestion disorders, stiffness in legs, arms, neck and shoulders. Elderly and children who suffer from concentration problems, I recommend a special massage known as the Peloha massage and Bowen Technique.
FACE MASSAGE
This is a natural way of maintaining healthy and glowing skin. It helps to eliminate wrinkles by stimulating circulation and brings more oxygen to the face. It encourages inner harmony which contributes to the external beauty. I recommend three different kinds of face massage:
AYURVEDIC FACE LIFTING - this massage has been practiced in India for centuries. When it is performed as a course of treatments, it eliminates wrinkles and naturally lifts the face skin. Stimulation of special acupressure points relieves migraine and sinus headaches.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - deeply cleansing treatment which helps to eliminate toxins from the skin of the face, especially recommended for people with swelling in the face area and tendency to retain water for example under the eyes which contributes to the dark shadows. It reduces wrinkles and smoothens the skin.
